Q: What do you know about my business?
A: Actually, we don't know nearly as much as you do about your business. You're the expert about your business. But we do know a lot about business, and we're experts in helping business owners build a stronger one.
Q: How much is this going to cost?
A: That really depends on you. Our fees are largely based on how much effort you want to put into improving your business and how much time you'd like to work with us to learn how to make those improvements. Our fees also will be a motivator for you to make sure we are both working hard on the things we decide need to be done. The bottom line is that we get results, and we can work with you to predict the kind of payback you'll receive on your investment in coaching.
Q: I'm not sure I can commit the time needed. What if I have to miss a meeting?
A: There is definitely a time commitment you need to make if you want to achieve the results you'd like. At the same time, we understand that things come up and cause some scheduling problems from time to time. We'll do our best to help re-schedule if necessary so that we stay on track. And we promise not to schedule meetings just to have a meeting.
Q: Business has not been strong lately. I'm not sure I can afford a coach.
A: The question to ask yourself is: “Can you afford not to have a coach?”. Are you going to continue doing things the way you have up until now and expect different results? Wouldn't it make sense to do everything possible to take control of your business and drive the results you want instead of waiting for the economy to improve, or competitors to go away, or your debt to be paid off?
